  Today I had an incredible experience above and beyond what you expect when you bring a gold chain to be repaired. Because I do not drive in Florida I had to take public transportation (3 hours to cover several miles on the map). It needs to be mentioned that in Chicago where I reside I could not have chain repaired as I had to leave it with a jeweler there for 2 weeks I was going to Miami and took it with me. To make a long story short not only elan fixed it right away but refused to accept payment!!! I am forever grateful Irma Simuni chicago

  My wife and I were looking on-line for a place to get our rings cleaned and we stumbled upon Elan Jewelry by chance. When we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. We had a nice chat with the owner while we waited and felt an instant connection to the store.
