  I seriously have no idea how these people are still in business. I placed an order on Oct 2nd. Never received items. Made 5-6 phone calls over a few months and was always told someone would call me back (they never did), the manger was at lunch, they would pretend to not have service, change their names, hang up. Then they finally told me my order was lost and they would have to wait until they got the items back. (even though fedex said they returned the items a month prior) I asked for a refund, they said they needed the items back before they gave me a refund. I asked them to replace my order and overnight it to me since I've been waiting for 3 months. They said they would call me back, of course they didn't. Finally today, JANUARY 12th they said they're going to re ship me my order but they can't overnight it. LOL ok... save your $15 bucks. Absolutely ridiculous.
